WHO IS KELLY FERGUSON?

Kelly is a wife, mother, carer and fulltime worker.  When she was six very young, she wanted to be a writer.  She never dreamed that decades later she would be writing based on experiences from her life.

Kelly is married to Drew and has 4 adult children - Bailey, Jade, Piper and Eli.  She also has 2 fur babies - Willow and Moet.  Kelly lives in the Southern suburbs of Sydney.  She is a complete workaholic, and her favourite thing is spending time with her family and friends.

Kelly would state her hobbies are cheese and wine - and good coffee.  There is a theme there!  Kelly is known to love travel, holidays, the beach and some watersports that involve boating and jetskiing.

The Burden She Carried is Kelly's debut novel.  A story about tragedy,  triumph, trauma and tears.
